🇮🇹 Il mio lavoro è l’ode all’essere, che racconta l’instabilità del mondo, la bellezza dell’insensatezza e dell’alterità. Considero la maggior parte dei miei lavori come una manifestazione del costante timore della struttura dell’essere nelle cose grandi e piccole. La ricerca ludica per una maggiore consapevolezza di essa, per gli elementi che tutte le cose hanno in comune e per le loro origini, trova la sua espressione nella parola e nella pietra. Spesso rimanda ai vecchi modelli di spiegazione e ai miti dell’uomo. Tutte le opere sono realizzate in Versilia, vicino al mare e alle montagne di marmo e ai tanti creativi che vi abitano.
🇬🇧 My work is the ode to being, that tells of the world’s instability, the beauty of senselessness and otherness. I consider most of my works as a manifestation of the constant awe of the structure of being in the big and the small things. The playful research for a greater awareness of it, for the elements that all things have in common and for their origins, finds its expression in word and stone. Oftentimes it harkens back to man’s older explanation models and myths. All the works are made in Versilia, close to the sea and the marble mountains and the many creative art-making individuals, who live there.
